Cancellations / Refunds

If you wish to cancel your holiday and would like to know if you are eligible for a refund, then please refer to the booking conditions and cancellation policy on your online booking confirmation page and also on your online booking confirmation email. Alternatively, please contact the park at which you made your booking.

If you booked your holiday directly through White Horse Holiday Park then you must contact the park directly.

Our Standard Cancellation Policy

In the event of being unable to take your holiday with us owing to circumstances beyond the control of  White Horse Holiday Park, the payment will be forfeited except in the following circumstances:- Provided notice of cancellation is given in writing at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival, or by production of a Medical Certificate in case of illness, 50% of the payment will be refunded. Notice of cancellation must be sent by registered post or recorded delivery. Ordinary post will not be regarded as proof of delivery.
